Shipping policy
Processing Times
- All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends may take longer.
- Standard shipping 3-5 business days.
- Expedited 1-3 business days.
Free shipping on orders over $250, applies to standard ground shipping. Oversized or heavy items may be excluded or incur separate shipping costs.

Shipping delays
Once your order leaves us, it is in the carrier's hands. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, carrier mistakes, incorrect addresses, lost or stolen packages, or damaged orders. If marked delivered, but missing: contact the carrier first.
If something arrives damaged
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Send photos + order number
- We'll make it right
